I was told in chat that my makeup was beautiful (thanks again!) so instead of telling you what happened in something you can watch, I'm going to give details of the makeup I wore instead. I'm not going to provide links unless I'm certain that it is entirely cruelty free; the Body Shop is owned by L'Oreal who test on animals, so I do not count them as entirely cruelty free. All my brushes are from EcoTools.
I started with a very thin layer of the foundation mix I've talked about previously on here. I then used Urban Decay Weightless concealer in Fair Neutral to cover up eye bags, redness around my nose, and all the other stuff I wanted to hide. This is the only concealer that works for my deathly pale skin.
I then used a MAC palette on my eyes; I was lucky enough to get the x9 palettes before they sold out, so I used the Burgundy one. I put Haux all over the lid because I wasn't sure what I was going to do. I added Star Violet, a pretty pink, to the middle of my lid, then Sketch through the crease and outer corner. To blend, I used a little more Star Violet with Haux.
Once I was relatively happy, I used CID i-Gel. This liner is incredible but I'm not sure whether they test on animals or not. I have the brown trio, and I used Stone on the lid and blended it out to Copper for the wing.
On the waterline I used Urban Decay's pencil Demolition, and Eyeko mascara on my lashes. For blusher I used Stargazer's eye shadow Purple Passion, and The Body Shop's Brush On Radiance for a highlighter.
My lips needed a little TLC, so I used the following products, in order:
Santa's lip scrub
Lip Service
Santa Baby
Combined, these three products have saved my lips from the cold.
I then used NARS Audacious lipstick in Fanny to give a deeper colour, and Illamasqua's Boost for shine.
You can see how all this looked if you go to this link here or the Twitch channel where I will be playing D&D (almost) every Saturday starting December 5.
See you next Tuesday!
