A huge thanks to everyone, again, who sent in questions for the Q&A, even if they did mostly get deleted!
NaNoWriMo is going well. Considering this is really my first novel, and certainly the longest I have stayed with a single narrator, I am genuinely impressed with how well it is going. Next week I'll be releasing all the details, so stay tuned for that. The responses from my beta readers have been brilliant, despite it being quite intense. I have to move away from my laptop at the end of each chapter so I can give myself a break from the narrator. Luckily, when you read it, you won't have that problem! At least I hope not.
As I said in the unofficial blog post at the weekend, I will be adding more poems to Rose on Fire because it has reached #1 on the LeanPub Poetry Best Sellers list by most money earned, and currently #2 on most copies sold. Again, as I said in the unofficial blog, there is no way in hell I ever dreamt I would get more than ten readers, let alone be a best selling poet. It is such a weird feeling to say that.
University is going great too. The reading is so interesting, I want to research everything. I must know all the things ever. I have 189 days until I finish my degree, which is kind of scary. I will be aiming to do a masters degree, but I'm considering taking a gap year in between my BA Hons and my MA, because I didn't have one after my A Levels. That said, I hate not being in education, so who knows?
That might be a good reason to stick around - to find out what I plan to do with the rest of my life.
See you next week with some exciting news!
